This court-mandated online victim impact education program increases awareness of the real-life consequences of impaired and illegal driving. Participants view true, non-judgmental personal stories from victims and offenders affected by alcohol, drugs, and impaired driving conduct.
The program is structured specifically to comply with New Hampshire’s RSA 265-A:18 and RSA 265-A:1 requirements, effective January 1, 2026. Upon completion, participants receive an immediate certificate of completion accepted by NH courts and probation officers.
New Hampshire enacted RSA 265-A effective January 1, 2026, establishing requirements for qualified online victim impact programs for court-referred DUI offenders statewide. Our program is built from the ground up to satisfy these statutory requirements.
